Kaeli Kampschmidt ’23, School and Local Editor
Kaeli’s love for literature and writing shines through her work as the School and Local Editor. A consistent writer and editor of The Advocate for two years now, you can always count on Kaeli for a helping hand and an encouraging word. Kaeli’s scope of writing is very diverse, something incredibly hard to find. You can read her passionate opinion pieces one moment, such as her College Board op-ed, and hop over to her light-hearted pieces, such as her Best Boba in Burque review, the next. In school, you can find Kaeli hanging out with her wide circle of friends, studying away, or reading a good book in the quad. When she’s not on campus, you can catch her cuddling with her pooches, Maggie and Teddy. Open-minded and even-tempered, Kaeli is always a joy to be around and has consistently been one of the most active benefactors to The Advocate. Striving to be involved in her community is something Kaeli finds particularly important and therefore, is a perfect fit for editing the section involved with all the ins and outs of Albuquerque and our school.
