Tight Ends

Zach Ertz: Ertz had a huge game against the Seahawks scoring 28.8 points. Ertz was Colt McCoy’s favorite target all game receiving nine targets. He caught eight of them for 88 yards and two touchdowns. He will get a BYE next week and then will face off against the Bears. By that time Hopkins will likely be back and will take away some of Ertz’s targets.

Travis Kelce: Kelce had another good game scoring 18.8 points against the Cowboys. He caught five of his eight targets for 74 yards and although he was not able to find the endzone through the air he had a four-yard rushing touchdown. Next week he gets a BYE and then will come back against the Broncos where he is a must-start.

Darren Waller: After a disappointing performance last week Waller bounced back and scored 18.6 this week against the Bengals. He caught seven of his eight targets for 116 yards. Although Waller has not been able to find the end zone since week four he makes up for it with his targets and yards. Next week he will face off against the Cowboys who have a shaky pass defense and should be a must-start.

Adam Trautman: Trautman had his first big game of the season against the Eagles scoring 16.8 points. He caught five of his eight targets for 58 yards and a touchdown. Trautman got hurt this Sunday spraining his MCL. He is expected to miss four to six weeks.

Mark Andrews: Once again Andrews had a solid game scoring 15.3 points. He caught eight of his 10 targets for 73 yards. Next week he will play against the Browns where he should be a must-start. Lamar Jackson will be back and ready to throw to his favorite target.

Dawson Knox: After an extremely disappointing game last week Knox bounced back scoring 14 points against the Colts. He caught six of his 10 targets for 80 yards. This is Knox’s first game with double-digit targets. He will have a short week as he faces off against the Saints on Thanksgiving. He is a solid choice at tight end next week because the Bills should have issues running the ball.
