On Nov. 24, 2014, the class of 2018 participated in the annual Medieval Day. Freshmen dressed up as medieval, historical characters. They took part in middle ages-themed activities like Alchemy and Korean tea ceremonies and learned about medieval subjects such as fairytales, vikings, and the bubonic plague. The East Campus Dining Hall prepared a special medieval-inspired lunch, serving apple-blueberry porridge, roasted chicken, beets, gingerbread, potatoes, and other sides for a further immersive experience.
