Running Backs

Dalvin Cook: Cook returned from a shoulder injury and had his best game of the season. Cook rushed for 205 yards and two touchdowns against the Steelers. After catching one pass for 17 yards, he finished the game with 35.2 points. Cook has a good matchup with the Bears next week, where he could have another big game.

James Connor: Although Connor failed to find much success running the ball, he was still able to score two touchdowns on the ground, increasing his season total to a league-high 14. Along with his 31 yards and two rushing touchdowns, Connor caught nine passes for 94 yards to finish the game with a total of 33.5 points. Connor has a great matchup with the Lions next week where he could single-handedly win playoff fantasy games.

Rashad Penny: Penny led the Seahawks to their second straight victory against the Texans, finishing the game with 26.8 points. With 137 yards and two touchdowns, Penny had his best game of the season, as the Seahawks finally established a run game. However, Penny is not a viable fantasy option in an inconsistent offense, as they head into a tough matchup with the Rams next week.

Najee Harris: Harris has been the lone bright spot of the Steelers’ offense all season, and had another fantastic performance in the Steelers’ loss. With 104 yards, three receptions, and two total touchdowns, Harris finished the game with 25.4 points. The Steelers have a tough matchup with the Titans next week, however, Harris is still an RB1 because of the volume he receives in the Steelers’ offense.

Alvin Kamara: After missing four games with a knee injury, Kamara ran all over the Jets’ defense in his return. Finishing the game with 145 total yards, four receptions, and a rushing touchdown, to total 24.5 points in the Saints victory. Kamara was not affected by Taysom Hill receiving rushing attempts, as he topped 100 yards for just the second time this season. Kanara has a tough matchup with the Buccaneers but is still a must-start.

Leonard Fournette: Fournette has returned to his early career dominance as of late, posting another game of 20 plus points. With 132 total yards, four receptions, and a rushing touchdown Fournette finished the game with a total of 23.2 points. Fournette is one of the top fantasy running backs this season and is a must-start heading into a matchup with the Saints.
